Looking back at a quick glance on last week’s blog, we chatted about the important roles that teachers play in helping students choose their path to a successful and lucrative career. As we are all well aware, the ‘what do you want to be when you grow up’ question is one that changes constantly for children right through their teenage years up until the moment that they actually have to make that all-important decision on which subjects to pursue and what they want to do with the rest of their lives.

Luckily, Eduvation and Boston City Campus is here to lend a helping hand to teachers and to assist in a very productive way to help guide students on their path to their forever direction with their Career Compass survey. As one of South Africa’s premier tertiary education institutions, Boston’s success lies with its approach to see each student as an individual with a rich personal story needing tailored assistance, support and advice for navigating the pathways to reaching their dreams. Boston City Campus has over 45 support centres throughout South Africa and over 80 dynamic programme options.

While encouraging as many students as possible to complete the Career Compass survey, teachers also stand a chance to WIN! This campaign will run for 6 weeks from 2 September – 21 October 2019. Teachers will fill in a form with all their details, whereafter students may complete the career survey compass survey with their referral teachers’ name.  This name will make it quick and easy to track the teacher reference.

The more surveys completed, the bigger the chance for teachers to win. Six pairs of Skull Candy headphones, six computer skills upgrade courses and six teachers courses courtesy of Eduvation will be given away during the course of the campaign. One prize per week will be given away by means of random selection. But wait, there is more! There is also a R5000 cash grand prize up for grabs to the teacher who gets the most students to complete the Career Compass survey sponsored by Eduvation and Boston City Campus.
