    Best course ever

I have done a few courses on the Eduvation network and I absolutely loved it. If I have to choose my favourite course I would definitely say that the psychiatric disorders course was my favourite. It is such a user friendly course that is packed with just the right amount of information. I have learned so much from this course. Psychiatric disorders is something that is real and people around us are living with these disorders and although some is not diagnosed with it, it is still there and very real. This course opened my eyes and my mind to think much broader than just teaching a child phonics in the classroom, this made me think of the child and the holistic development of the child. I would love for more people to do this course and create awareness of this very real and touching subject.

Excellent course! I learnt a lot and the best thing was that the course gave practical examples of what to do in your classroom. This is definitely going to help me. The downloads were great too, as I now have a resource pack that I can always return to!

  4. Psychiatric Disorders in Schools - Excellent course!

The course on Psychiatric Disorders in Schools was very insightful. I found the Psycho – Educational Support & Classroom Management extremely useful as it gave clear indications with regards to what to look out for as well as instructional and classroom strategies one could implement to assist the specific learner. The additional reading regarding the various disorders and classroom management were also extremely beneficial. Many courses and articles are based purely on facts and theories, this course however gave practical examples and strategies of what to do within the classroom setting and we need more courses like this for educators.

The EDUVATION NETWORK website and the course itself was user friendly. I liked the fact that you could download additional readings and print them off as a resource to return to when needed. The information gained during this course has definitely helped me get a deeper understanding of Psychiatric Disorders in Schools and I feel more confident and better equipped to assist the young learners in our school.

THANK YOU EDUVATION FOR THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY!
